This notice covers the Moncada Studio presentation pages. Each game has its own practices and corresponding privacy policy.

Browsing, hosting and optional form

These pages do not load advertising cookies or third-party trackers on page load. If you pause visual effects, we remember your choice in this tab’s session storage. If you voluntarily submit your email to the Beta Testers Club, it is processed by the hosting provider (Netlify Forms) solely to send you Moncada Studio launch and beta test updates.

YouTube

The YouTube player only loads when you explicitly press play on the trailer. Google may then process connection and playback data, use cookies and show ads. Google policy.

Contact and deletion

When you email us or sign up for playtest alerts, you share your address voluntarily. You can request access or deletion at any time by contacting moncadastudio.solutions@gmail.com.
